The de-stemmed grapes are partially crushed and softly pressed. After a static decantation, the clear must is filtered and stored at low temperature until the moment of use. The second fermentation takes place directly from the must using the Charmat method, in an autoclave, with the inoculation of selected yeasts.
Organoleptic characteristics
Lightly charged straw yellow wine with fine, creamy and persistent perlage. The nose has the unmistakable aroma of Muscat grapes with notes of orange blossom, hawthorn and magnolia. It also releases hints of citrus fruits such as cedar and fruity notes of peach and apricot. On the palate it is pleasantly sweet, balanced, referring to the flavor of freshly picked grapes.
